Almost 7 months along

Man I feel so pregnant I am seven months along and it is getting harder to exit the furniture every day. I am getting so tired that this is all I have for tonight because I would like to go to bed.

No headache today

Well all the cabinets in the kitchen are baby proofed, but Kody still empties every shelf he can reach. He is trying so hard to walk and he is pulling up on everything. He likes to climb and tries to climb everything he pulls up on. Here is a picture of Kody that I took today so you can see how much the little monster has grown. And Jan here is a pic just for you as well it was taken 3 months ago while were packing on his rocking horse you bought him.

Headache city

Man I am getting tired of migraines. I have had one every day for the last 2 days. Man they are killing me. I don't remember having these with Kody and all you can have is tylenol. Anyway that is how life goes I guess. I just hope I don't have any more of these things.

It's a boy

Long time no post I know. I sometimes forget about this page but life is slowing down a little and becoming more routine so maybe I will have time to post again. Kody is going to have a little brother we are pretty sure his name will be Aaron however we have yet to find common ground on the middle name. Kody is getting so big and trying to walk and talk. We are having a house warming and birthday party for Kody on the Sunday of Labor day weekend. I just hope that I have most of the house finished by then. I am so tired that all I want to do when Kody sleeps is sleep and then when he is awake it is so hard to get anything done since he gets into everything and I mean everything. Oh well life goes on. more later I hope.

Both Babies are growing

Thank goodness Kody is still the biggest baby I have unless you count his Daddy when he is tired(JK) :). I think Daniel is the best Daddy in the world he really loves his little boy and it shows. I am starting to grow as well and the little one is too since I can feel the baby almost every other day now. Crazy to think in a few months I will have as many kids as my mom, my sis, and my sis-in-law. Crazy I say Crazy. As for Kody's price tags he is priceless however 2.50 was the closest price to 30billion in the store and perfect for taking pictures with. :)

Great Easter Weekend

30 Minutes is a long time to play laser tag in a hot room. But it was fun Daniel and I and his brother and his wife went to Kerrville and played laser tag. It was a ton of fun we started out playing every man or woman for themselves, but I soon noticed that Adam and Kari had teamed up so... Daniel and I teamed up as well. Needless to say we beat the pants off the novices. We all had a great time and spent a silly amount of money on those dumb arcade games that just give tickets with very little skill involved.

We then went to the movies my biggest worry was for getting home to pick up the Kody from the pastor's house. They usually stay up pretty late but Kody has an away of making you see how truly tired you really are. Any way so we went to see Scary Movie 4, to sum it up in one word terrible. They took all the funny stuff and mucked it up by going to far with there jokes and all of the truly funny scenes we had already seen in the previews. Oh well...

We then went out to eat, I really just wanted to get something to go and get home to Kody, but... Daniel wanted to take our guests to the really nice Mamacitas good food good atmosphere and all that. We have been there a hundred times so I was not overly impressed. We then headed home to the sleep fighter.

Sunday rolled around sometime while we were all still up so we went to bed. Kody slept all night. The next morning I got up and started the roast and fixings’ so we would have something to eat after church we went to Sunday school and what seems to be trend when we have company we were late. The topic of the lesson was how the resurrection has directly impacted your life. Kari was not feeling well so Adam took her home before church the choir program was beautiful. When we got home Kari was asleep and Adam was playing X-box I went back to work on lunch while Kody slept in his crib. Daniel helped a bit before joining Adam in a game of Baseball. We ate lunch around 1 and then watched Twisted I missed the last half as I was trying to sleep since I have insomnia and really needed the rest …. No luck.

Around 4 we went to play tennis no breeze and around 100 outside after walking to the courts we played a few games and decided the river was a better place to be. We went to the river and had a great time Kody is water baby we strapped him into his carrier thing and he played and played in the water. We were in the water for about 2 hours or so when the sun started heading down and Kody only fussed for one minute the whole timer he is such a water baby. So… Great weekend!!

I have noticed...

That with the first pregnancy I was a bit scatter brained. Well if I thought that was bad now there are days I am not even sure I have a brain. I love my babies but I wish they would leave me a little bit of memory.
Kody ios growing so fast it is amazing. He reaches now for me and others it is so cute if you have empty arms you are his target. He jabbers alot and when he is not crying he is smiling. Babies are truely amazing. Kody is truely my boy he loves Mac and Cheese and he is really good at chewing the Mac before he swallows it.We are going to try little peices of over cooked carrot tonight to see how he does with that. He is really getting big. more later ASTA...

Trying not to get too Excited.

Kody has slept through the night two nights in a row. I am trying so hard not to get to excited bout that but My baby is sleeping though the nigh:). If it were ot for the neighbors rooster that positions it's self right out side Kody window at 5 am to wake up the neighborhood I think I would not have to check on him at all til 8 am in when he is ready to get up and face the day. He is waking up happier now that he is getting a good 7-8hours at night. Needless to say so am I. It is so so great. Asta...

The new baby

Well I went to the doctor yesterday and the baby is due Oct. the 28th so Kody and his sibling will be almost exactly a year apart.Ijust hope I will survive and not go crazy. Kody has gotten where he wantseverything your hands are on that includes the keyboard. He is getting really big. He is over 16 lbs now and man I can feel it. He is getting a little better at playing by himself I just hope he gets the hang of it by his first birthday.

The Precious has PNEUMONIA

We spent all day on Monday at the emergency room in Kerrville we got there at 4:30 and stayed until around 9:15. It was a very long day and the little guy was running a high fever and fussing a lot. So anyway we get there and wait till around 7:30 when the doctor finally comes in. He asks what the problem is and we tell him that Kody is running a high fever and it just started today. What is it with doctors you come in the day you get sick and they are like “Oh, just today” you come in a couple days later and they are like “You should have come in sooner” I mean I think what they really want to say is I wish you people would just suffer at home. Any way so I say all the books say to bring your baby to the ER if they are running 102 consistently. And he says “I wish they would not say that.” When I think he is really saying look another over protective stupid parent. So then he says your baby seems fine, except for the fever so we will do a flue swab and a chest x-ray and then you can go.
So an hour or so later all of this finally takes place. The doctor comes in and says “Your son has Pneumonia; it’s a good thing you brought him in.” I was thinking look a doctor with his fat foot is his mouth. Oh well Kody is better today and on powerful antibiotics so I hope he just gets better and better it has been a hard couple of nights. ASTA….

And then there were TWO!!

I found out day before yesterday that my six month old is going to be a big brother. Talk about a big suprise and I just thought I was tired now ohh well God has a plan. more later....

Despite Food Poisoning

Well they are now married Kari is fully recovered and they are honey mooning. I will post pictures later so you can see a little of the wedding.
So we had the rehersal at 6:30 Friday evening and then rehersal dinner at Zentner's Daughters it was great. We went back and decorated til like 11 or more then went to Walmart for a towel for my mom's baby Squirrel Squeeker. Then we finally went to bed aroung 1:30 ish since my Dad was still reading with the light on. Then at around 6 Kody woke up feeling bad and nothing made him happy so we went to Walmart to get him some meds we did not get much sleep. At 9a.m. we went back to the church to decorate. We were there til 2:30pm trying to finish up thank goodness JoLee showed up because her help certainly hurried the process along. Then we rushed off to get dressed and back to the wedding at 4. We made it back to the church at 3:55 and Paula was not there yet my family went and found a seat and Kody and I waited to be ushered in the wedding started around 4:30 ish. So everything was kind of rushed. We got to the reception and it was beautiful... and ate a little Kari I think got one bite of food. The had their Dance did the Bouque and Garter in a 40 minute span and then we all threw our bird seed and they got into the carriage and rode away to live happily ever after. Except having to stop back by the church and pick up Kari's purse then they left for the bed breakfast.

It is never a quick trip

It never fails if I am going to make a quick down to Brackett Kody and I end up spending the night. So Monday after work Kody and I headed out to the B-Town the trip is a little over an hour if you drive it at a reasonable speed. Any way so we get there and I remember that my tires are kind of old so... I check them out and I am about 50 miles from a blowout on one of the tires. So anyway i wait til Daddy gets in to double check my analysis of the situation. By the time he gets it in it is 10 til 7 and all the tire places close at you guessed it, 7. So i can not get tires til the next day and since it is 58 miles home that is out of the question. So I send the night and got to Delrio the next day and get four new tires. Yep that was so much fun. Asta...
