Wow

So today I went to the middle school to go to a shower/luncheon for Aaron. any way Aaron is hungry so I have to go but here is a pic of his spoils.

Here he is. I won't say much. Sunni will post more later, I;m sure. He was born at 5:13 p.m. and weighed 7 lbs 4 oz. He was 19.75 inches long.

The longer version

So any way I am getting a little tired of being prego and uncomfortable I mean it is hard when you can not sleep for more than an hour at a time. So I had more contractions more intense and closer together so we went back to the hospital. After having contractions all night well from 10:30pm until 7:30am they quit and I made no progress so they sent me home again. I was very sad and exhausted since I only slept for 45 minutes I felt so bad for my mom she had been home for only 2 hours when I called and it is a four hour trip to the hospital. Kody stayed up til mom got there and that was just about 4:30am. She can work miracles since everyone including Adam and Kari had been trying for hours. Any way I want to extend my sincere apologies to Adam and Kari and mom for coming all that way for a false alarm. Also thank you so so so so so so so so much you made the whole thing so much easier on Daniel and I we really are fortunate to have you. Anyway so when they sent us home they gave me an ambien sleeping pill so I could sleep through any mild contractions that stuff is way powerful. On the way home I had double vision and everything I don't even remeber going to bed. If it had not been for Daniel and Mom being here with Kody things could have been bad. Any way so here I am still Prego and having contractions from time to time. The doctor came and they have scheduled me for induction on Tuesday if I do not go into true labor before then. I am hoping that Friday night will be the night since the weekend would work out well for everyone. Please pray that I will have patience and that this baby will be here soon and healthy. Almost a Baby

Sunni was having contractions last night. They were pretty strong and were about 15 minutes apart. We went to Brownwood and I got excited. The contractions stopped after about an hour, so they sent us home. I only called Sunni's mom, because she has so far to travel. I'm glad I didn't call everyone. So, that is the latest.

Life goes on

So we went to the football game on Friday. Although I had a pretty good time since it is football season we lost 12-49. It was wild one of our players and his counter part in an on field arguement got tossed. And then late on a kick off our team just stood there and watched as commanche recovered it right in front of them on like the 15. Any way I was shocked apparently he thought it was a punt and therefore not a live ball. Oh well I hope it goes better next week especially since it is homecoming.
I also had a doctors appoinment on Friday and found out we are having a baby _____ yep we still don't know boy or girl. I kind of think it is a boy, but we don't KNOW. I also found out that my Blood Pressure is on the rise. When I was prego with Kody My BP is why they enduced and he was born at 37 weeks and 6 days. The doc said that it is very likely that my BP could be worse with this one... So I have to go back in 10 days for a BP test. Daniel is going to go with because if it is elevated they will admit me for tests. I am really worried about all of this because if it gets bad they will admit me for complete bed rest and I don't know what I will do with Kody. I don't want to be away from him and I still have five weeks to go. Oh well life goes on. Please pray that everything will be fine or they will send me home with limited bed rest so I can still keep Kody. Kody is trying to walk and will soon have more bumps and bruises since he is not really good at it yet. He tends to lunge when he gets tired of walking and lands on his chest and sometimes his face. Silly baby. Well, that is it for the update.

Kody is growing like crazy and so is this little one. I have another doctors appointment tomorrow. I am truely hoping we will find out if Kody will have a brother or sister. I am super exausted. After sitting through 3 Jr. High football games 7th A won 7th and 8th combo B lost 8th A won. The boys looked really good tonight. I am very tired so I am going to hit the hay good night all.

Kody's Birthday Party

Here are 2 pics from Kody's Party. The first one is before everyone and some of his gifts arrived. And the other is after Kody Dug into his little football cake we made just for him. He is one today and will soon have four teeth. He is learning to crawl away from his daddy when he says, "I'm gonna get you." He is so so cute He ate too much cake a got a ton of great stuff. He had a good time and is playing with all of his new stuff everyday. As for the new little one I once announced that it is a boy, however the doctor is unsure of our new babies gender and it maybe a surprise until the day it is born. I will be happy boy or girl. Birthday

We are having Kody's B-day party on Sunday. I am pretty excited. I am a little nervous about it because it is so hard to keep the house clean with my little kido. Not to mention that we are pretty broke right now so that makes things a little more difficult. Oh well life goes on. We got a nice new dining table it is real pretty and I like it alot. I will blog later about the party maybe even include some pics.

sippy Cup

Kody is now using a sippy cup all the time except at night and nap time he really wants a bottle. He uses a sippy cup with a soft silicon Straw. He really likes it because he likes to keep his hands free to get into stuff. This way he can drink and get into stuff at the same time since he does not have to tilt his cup. His favorite drink is Gatorade Rain Berry flavor, the purple one. Of course it is always half gatorade half water. Well it is late and my eyes are burning and baby Aaron is being still for the moment so I am going to bed. Good night all sleep well.

Almost 7 months along

Man I feel so pregnant I am seven months along and it is getting harder to exit the furniture every day. I am getting so tired that this is all I have for tonight because I would like to go to bed.

No headache today

Well all the cabinets in the kitchen are baby proofed, but Kody still empties every shelf he can reach. He is trying so hard to walk and he is pulling up on everything. He likes to climb and tries to climb everything he pulls up on. Here is a picture of Kody that I took today so you can see how much the little monster has grown. And Jan here is a pic just for you as well it was taken 3 months ago while were packing on his rocking horse you bought him.

Headache city

Man I am getting tired of migraines. I have had one every day for the last 2 days. Man they are killing me. I don't remember having these with Kody and all you can have is tylenol. Anyway that is how life goes I guess. I just hope I don't have any more of these things.

It's a boy

Long time no post I know. I sometimes forget about this page but life is slowing down a little and becoming more routine so maybe I will have time to post again. Kody is going to have a little brother we are pretty sure his name will be Aaron however we have yet to find common ground on the middle name. Kody is getting so big and trying to walk and talk. We are having a house warming and birthday party for Kody on the Sunday of Labor day weekend. I just hope that I have most of the house finished by then. I am so tired that all I want to do when Kody sleeps is sleep and then when he is awake it is so hard to get anything done since he gets into everything and I mean everything. Oh well life goes on. more later I hope.

Both Babies are growing

Thank goodness Kody is still the biggest baby I have unless you count his Daddy when he is tired(JK) :). I think Daniel is the best Daddy in the world he really loves his little boy and it shows. I am starting to grow as well and the little one is too since I can feel the baby almost every other day now. Crazy to think in a few months I will have as many kids as my mom, my sis, and my sis-in-law. Crazy I say Crazy. As for Kody's price tags he is priceless however 2.50 was the closest price to 30billion in the store and perfect for taking pictures with. :)

Great Easter Weekend

30 Minutes is a long time to play laser tag in a hot room. But it was fun Daniel and I and his brother and his wife went to Kerrville and played laser tag. It was a ton of fun we started out playing every man or woman for themselves, but I soon noticed that Adam and Kari had teamed up so... Daniel and I teamed up as well. Needless to say we beat the pants off the novices. We all had a great time and spent a silly amount of money on those dumb arcade games that just give tickets with very little skill involved.

We then went to the movies my biggest worry was for getting home to pick up the Kody from the pastor's house. They usually stay up pretty late but Kody has an away of making you see how truly tired you really are. Any way so we went to see Scary Movie 4, to sum it up in one word terrible. They took all the funny stuff and mucked it up by going to far with there jokes and all of the truly funny scenes we had already seen in the previews. Oh well...

We then went out to eat, I really just wanted to get something to go and get home to Kody, but... Daniel wanted to take our guests to the really nice Mamacitas good food good atmosphere and all that. We have been there a hundred times so I was not overly impressed. We then headed home to the sleep fighter.

Sunday rolled around sometime while we were all still up so we went to bed. Kody slept all night. The next morning I got up and started the roast and fixings’ so we would have something to eat after church we went to Sunday school and what seems to be trend when we have company we were late. The topic of the lesson was how the resurrection has directly impacted your life. Kari was not feeling well so Adam took her home before church the choir program was beautiful. When we got home Kari was asleep and Adam was playing X-box I went back to work on lunch while Kody slept in his crib. Daniel helped a bit before joining Adam in a game of Baseball. We ate lunch around 1 and then watched Twisted I missed the last half as I was trying to sleep since I have insomnia and really needed the rest …. No luck.

Around 4 we went to play tennis no breeze and around 100 outside after walking to the courts we played a few games and decided the river was a better place to be. We went to the river and had a great time Kody is water baby we strapped him into his carrier thing and he played and played in the water. We were in the water for about 2 hours or so when the sun started heading down and Kody only fussed for one minute the whole timer he is such a water baby. So… Great weekend!!
